Well mother nature maybe able to make a mess and maybe even make things sloppy but there's no washing Anamosa away. We have water in our basement more this time then last summers flood but as soon as it stops raining, we can clean that up. They say to stay home and to be safe, so my family went out and took pictures. As I was standing in the rain and the water was over JJ's feet in the park, I thought how silly we are. These are the pictures of the creek next to the comm center. It shows how part of the road and earth was swept away. Trav was nice a enough to save the news lady, she was park out on the washed out road. Travis pointed out that she may want to move cuz the dirt was missing under the road. There's also pictures by the ball parks. They have worked so hard to fix these and the concession stand was just finished in the last few weeks and now it's all wet.
